We are looking for skilled CNC Lathe and Mill Machine Operators for 2nd and 3rd shift positions. These are full-time roles offering a starting wage of $20–$21 per hour. We are seeking candidates with a strong track record of reliability and a keen eye for quality control.
What You’ll Do:

Set up and operate CNC Lathe and Mill machines

Follow work instructions to run various machines

Perform deburring on machined parts

Use measuring tools such as micrometers to inspect parts and ensure they meet specifications
What We’re Looking For:

Prior CNC machine operation experience

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Proven work history with reliable attendance
