CNC Operator- 2nd Shift

Job Overview

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or other metal machining equipment.
• Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment and securement.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Perform machine adjustments and tool changes as needed.
• Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and OSHA standards.
• Accurately complete production logs, quality checks, and other documentation.
• Work collaboratively with team leads and engineers to resolve issues and improve processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of CNC machining experience preferred (entry-level positions may be available).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Familiarity with G-code, M-code, and machine controls (Fanuc, Haas, etc.).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime or different shifts as needed.
