Decker Precision Machining is currently seeking successful candidates to fill CNC Setup Machinist positions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Individual must possess a positive company attitude and be dedicated to company success
• Set up, operate, and offset CNC machine - lathe or mill
• Change inserts as needed
• Check parts against print for accuracy
• Completion of daily required documentation
• Deburr parts
• Maintain a safe and organized production area
• Help with any end of shift cleanup
• Other Job duties as required

Skills:

• Must be self-motivated
• The ability to perform and complete set-ups in this position is required
• Ability to make program edits
• Proficient with measuring tools of the trade (indicator, micrometer, calipers, basic tool set)
• Ability to work as a team and individually as needed
• Advanced math skills
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to use small hand tools and operate power tools

Hours:

• First Shift work 5:30AM-2:30PM Monday-Friday (this is overtime schedule)
• Overtime is available on an as needed basis
• Second Shift work 2:20PM-1:30 AM Monday-Thursday (this is overtime schedule)
