- Ensure proper tooling, fixturing, and machine parameters are in place
- Perform quality checks and first-piece inspections
- Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Experience: Manufacturing experience is a plus, but training is provided
- Technical Skills: Ability to handle diverse work assignments and master several types of CNC machines
- Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
