Job Overview
- Lead and support CNC machinists and machine operators on assigned shifts
- Perform machine setups, tool changes, programming adjustments, and troubleshooting
- Ensure production schedules and quality standards are achieved
- Train and mentor team members on machining best practices and safety procedures
- Review drawings, specifications, and work instructions to ensure accurate production
- Monitor machine performance and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Assist with preventive maintenance and equipment care
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience required
- Previous leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of CNC mills, lathes, tooling, and machining processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with troubleshooting machining and quality issues
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
