COMMERCIAL BUILDING ESTIMATOR & DESIGNER

Summary:

Commercial Building Estimator/ Designer will work with the Sales Team Members to prepare advanced MBS Quotes for Metal Beam Buildings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following.

• Utilize MBS (Metal Building Software) and Sales Quoting Tools to generate structure estimates requested by Sales representatives.
• Participate in Conference Calls with Salespeople, Customers, and Project Managers to review project details.
• Assist in training Commercial Building Estimators.
• Generate Building Pricing Estimates and deliver to Sales Team Members and Sales Management in the Standard Quote Reporting Format.
• Communicate effectively with Sales Team Members, Sales Management, and Project Managers regarding Structures to be Quotes and Structures on Order.
• Assist developing new internal procedures within metal building segment within sales environment.
• Prepares detailed drawings and other documents for metal building projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
