Job Overview

BP / Kwik Stop at 1215 East 16th Street in Dubuque, Iowa is looking for Retail Food Assistants to prepare our signature Champs Chicken and Hangar 54 Pizza™.

Our Retail Food Assistants are responsible for the day-to-day store operations of our food program. You will organize and maintain cleanliness of the food equipment, be aware of inventory levels, promote and up sell sales items for continued growth, and promote and monitor speed of service, while providing great customer service.

Experience in a food related role is helpful, but not required.

ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification is preferred, but not required.

You must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time while working; and be able to perform physical activities including lifting (up to 35 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing, or walking.

This is a flexible role with opportunities to work either an early morning or mid-day schedule. Both part time and full-time positions are available.
