Commissary Manager

Fresh, Fast, and Fun is the future of food here at Kwik Stop. We are hiring a Commissary Manager to oversee all operations of the commissary kitchen. This person will be a team leader that is passionate about building a brand our customers know and love! This role provides an excellent opportunity to be a part of a new, up and coming, food program where possibilities are endless.

This position will be hands-on, ensuring the freshest product is delivered to our stores. This role will include:

• Managing all commissary operations and delivery.
• Working closely with vendors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Managing all inventory in the commissary.
• Adding a creative spin to recipe creation and limited time offerings.

What is required for this role?

• 3+ years' experience in food handling and preparation.
• 3+ years' experience managing a team.
• A valid drivers license.
