Communication Specialist
Cottingham & Butler is currently looking for a Communications Specialist! This position will handle projects in the marketing department including administrative/project support to the sales and service teams across the company, delivering effective business communications while upholding strict brand standards.
Essential Functions:
• Promote brand style guides to ensure a uniform look and message throughout all communications.
• Manage internal communications, ranging from the corporate newsletter to intranet postings in a timely and accurate manner, collaborate with and lead teammates on timelines, content creation, proofing, and final distribution.
• Execute administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, proofing, etc.
The ideal candidate will have prior office experience and is proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
