Concrete Laborer

Job Overview

• Assist with preparing, placing, and finishing concrete on a variety of projects.
• Perform general construction tasks throughout the project.
• Learn and assist with different phases of concrete work and jobsite activities.
• Operate basic construction and concrete tools and assist with material handling.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively.
• Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn and be trained in multiple areas.
• Ability to adapt to changing assignments and project needs.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds.
• Ability to bend, stretch, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, typically 8–12 hours per day.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in an active construction environment.
