Construction Laborer

Dubuque, IA | $18-$20/hr | Evaluation-to-Hire

Express Employment Professionals is seeking Construction Laborers for a local construction company. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to build experience in the construction field. The company is looking to add multiple team members and is willing to train motivated candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with finish work on residential and commercial projects
• Help install cabinets, siding, and other construction materials
• Perform general labor and job site cleanup
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Support construction crews with a variety of project tasks
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous construction, labor, or trades experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the day
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Overtime available as needed
• Weekend work is rare
