We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a professional construction team in Dubuque, IA. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of medium sized construction projects from assembling pre-construction estimates/budgets, develop schedules and deadlines to keep development on schedule, and break complex projects into bid packages. Upon project commencement, this role will track the budget, update clients on changes, as well as, coordinate and schedule all work necessary to complete the building project. This position will be responsible for multiple projects in various stages of construction from project development, preconstruction, design, to project close-out. This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll and be eligible for their full benefits package. 

Skill set we’d like you to bring to the position:

• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from conception to completion.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Construction Engineering is preferred
• Proficiency in construction project management software and MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction industry best practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
