What you’ll be doing:

- Collaborate with program manager and product team to implement course and program goals and objectives in the delivery of each product.
- Guide authors and product team members on content preparation guidelines and best practices. Evaluate sample work during development stage for technical and production compliance, including rights/permissions and accessibility.
- Communicate with stakeholders, maintain integrity of data in all systems and report on project status.
- Manage global partners, evaluating performance and compliance with project specifications. Resolve issues to ensure continual development and training of external resources.
· Collaborate in cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives, process improvement, and piloting new digital tools for content creation.
We’re looking for someone with:
· Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of project management experience, including digital content production. Experience in publishing, copyediting, and proofreading preferred.
- Proven agility; able to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Ability to lead a cross-functional team as the production expert, advising on workflows and identifying potential issues while guiding the team toward swift resolutions.
- Demonstrated organizational skills such as time management and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills adaptable across various stakeholder audiences both internally and externally.
· Proficiency with project management and digital authoring tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Adobe Acrobat and Habitat a plus.
