Job Overview
We are seeking a Contract Recruiter with Behavioral Health industry experience to help fill Therapist and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) positions for our Human Care agency located in Dubuque Iowa.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in recruiting licensed/credentialed therapists and PMHNP with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR for a behavioral health organization. If you have demonstrated knowledge and success in this field, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are organized and detail-oriented, with strong research skills, and a heart for helping to make a difference in the lives of people, weâd love to talk with you!

Your Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
- Utilize various recruiting tools and resources to identify and attract candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruiting process
- Manage candidate communications and follow-up throughout the hiring process
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of open requisitions
- Stay current with industry best practices and trends
- Monitor and report on crucial recruitment metrics
- Source candidates through various channels and conducting initial screenings
What You Need:
- Bachelorâs degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in recruiting in the behavioral health field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Comfortable using technology and tools such as applicant tracking systems, databases, and social media to manage the recruiting process
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Ability to provide a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Possess an understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements
