About the opportunity:
The Controller will need to provide strategic insight on courses of action that should be taken and be proactive in getting things to ensure the organization's growth. As well as, provide support and assist departments with budgets and accounting processes to ensure the profitability of the company.

Key responsibilities include:
● Record revenue and expense accruals and ensure timely and accurate monthly and quarterly close
● Manage job costing and Percent of Complete (POC) OR Accurate reporting of Work in Progress (WIP) and job profitability
● Prepare and submit all Sales Taxes for the company
● Prepare and submit all accounting forms and reports for financial institutes, insurance companies and government agencies, including Form 1099s
● Support the accumulation of data for annual insurance renewals and policy audits

About you:
● You have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Business Administration
● Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and technical issues impacting asset management
● Experience working with MSO and related titling procedures, is a plus
● Accounting background in Manufacturing, is a plus
● Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning software, such as Genius Solutions, EPICOR, or SAP is a plus
● Previous supervisory experience is a plus
