Job Overview
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist CMO in setting up national accounts with all needed business rules, manage the Enterprise Tire Program, and maintain supplier relationships
- Ensure execution of agreed to purchasing agreements
- Accurately track and document all price changes with any parts supplier
- Responsible for creating and implementing a company wide parts ordering process to ensure adequate stock levels across various shops
- Establish replenishment logic at internal shops by creating a clear-cut parts inventory process
Talent Requirements and Skills
- Advanced knowledge and efficiency of Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrates the highest level of customer service and response
