A Typical Day in the Life:
As a creative strategist, you will oversee and elevate our company’s brand presence across all internal and external touchpoints. This role combines strategic brand management with hands-on design execution, marketing production, and brand compliance oversight.
Responsibilities may include:
Graphic Design & Brand Identity
- Create, update, and maintain brand-aligned visual assets across print and digital platforms
- Ensure all creative materials adhere to established brand guidelines for consistency in tone, color, typography, and style
- Design layouts, infographics, and visual concepts for campaigns, events, and promotions
Marketing Material Design
- Conceptualize and produce marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, presentations, digital banners, social media graphics, and event materials
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop visual content that supports business development and marketing initiatives
Advertising Design / Placement
- Design creative assets for print, and digital advertising campaigns
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule ad placements in collaboration with marketing partners and media outlets
Proposal / RFP Assistance
- Support business development teams in the creation of visually compelling proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses
- Ensure proposal materials are visually aligned with brand identity and corporate standards
Merchandise Creation & Inventory Management
- Design and coordinate production of branded merchandise (e.g., apparel, promotional products, giveaways)
- Maintain inventory of branded items and oversee ordering, restocking, and distribution
Qualifications:
Candidates should be detail-oriented and have a strong background in graphic design, marketing collateral development, advertising coordination, and brand communications, while also excelling in project management and cross-departmental collaboration.
Successful candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing design, or similar roles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong eye for design, typography, and layout principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience coordinating with external vendors, media outlets, and printers
