Job Overview
As the Credit Associate at Crescent Electric Supply Co, you will act as a liaison between company branches, collection agencies, and customers. In this role, you will assist and support credit, collection, and financial matters across all Crescent companies and locations.
PRIMARY DUTIES:

Cultivate relationships with employees and customers by providing excellent customer service and timely responsiveness.

Process new account applications and communicate application status to business partners. This includes processing credit reports and evaluating corporate credit reports such as D&B, Cred Net, financials or any other reports deemed necessary.

Generate and forward credit-related reports weekly, monthly, annually and as requested.

Provide continuous training, motivation, and open lines of communication to company personnel identifying a need.

Research and process customer lien waiver requests.
SKILLS:
-
Comprehensive computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook products).

Effective interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Two-year Associate’s degree in a credit-related field or a minimum of two years of credit experience.

NACM certification preferred, but not required.
