Job Overview

Job Summary:

The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance of our local corporate office. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and orderly environment. The ideal candidate should be reliable, thorough, and capable of handling various cleaning and light maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform regular cleaning tasks in bathrooms, offices, conference rooms, break rooms, and other designated areas.

- Daily removal of garbage and waste materials.

- Vacuuming and maintaining cleanliness of carpets and floors.

- Perform light maintenance work as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep.

- Ensure the timely restocking of vending machines, utensils, and toiletries.

- Thorough cleaning of outdoor deck areas to maintain a presentable and inviting environment.

- Address any additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as required.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred.

- Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks effectively.

- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

- Good physical stamina and the ability to handle repetitive tasks.

- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.

- Flexibility in work hours
