We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our growing team! The right candidate will be a team player with a "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills. Day-to-day tasks will include initial communication with clients regarding our product and service offerings.

Responsibilities

Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments

Respond quickly to phone customers using email, scripts and templates

Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show

Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management

Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Qualifications
-
At least one previous role based in customer service experience

Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve

Prompt and courteous demeanor

Positive and hardworking personality

Strong computer skills

Valid driver’s license
Richardson Motors is a new and used car dealership, selling new Honda, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac vehicles. We are also a full-service repair shop and body shop able to work on all makes & models. We are a family-owned dealership, established in 1958.
