Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Customer Sales Support Specialist to join a growing team in Peosta, IA. This role is key in supporting dealers and distributors by handling inbound calls, processing orders, and providing product and service support across multiple product lines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from dealers and distributors in a professional and timely manner
• Process customer orders accurately, ensuring proper entry and follow-up
• Provide product knowledge and guidance, identifying upsell opportunities when appropriate
• Track and monitor orders through fulfillment, coordinating with internal teams to meet delivery timelines
• Identify and provide replacement part numbers for equipment as needed
• Review and process return requests in accordance with company policies
• Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting and customer support inquiries
• Communicate with service centers and distributors to resolve end-user needs
• Manage online, fax, and parts orders efficiently
