Customer Service Crew Member

Job Overview

• Customer Care: Warmly greet incoming guests, answer menu questions, and ensure every customer leaves with a positive dining experience.
• Order Processing: Accurately take and process food, beverage, and soft-serve treat orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Payment Handling: Process cash, credit, and debit transactions quickly and accurately while balancing registers.
• Food & Treat Preparation: Prepare and serve menu items, ice cream treats, and beverages in accordance with quality and safety standards.
• Maintenance & Sanitation: Keep the counter, dining room, drive-thru, and food preparation areas clean, stocked, and fully organized.
• Team Collaboration: Assist teammates during peak rush hours to keep drive-thru and front-counter lines moving smoothly.

• Strong communication skills with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for order taking and cash handling.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Prior experience in fast food, retail, or hospitality is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
