Job Overview

- Answer calls and assist customers with service questions and technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to internet, phone, and related services
- Diagnose connectivity and equipment issues (modems, routers, etc.)
- Guide customers step-by-step through solutions in a clear and professional manner
- Recommend appropriate products and service solutions based on customer needs
- Process service requests, changes, and trouble tickets
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately
- Deliver fast, friendly, and effective support
- 2+ years of customer service and/or technical support experience required
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Strong troubleshooting skills for internet and phone services
- Understanding of networking basics (Wi-Fi, routers, modems, connectivity)
- Ability to identify and resolve service interruptions and performance issues
- Experience working with computer systems and customer management software
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- 100% on-site, office-based role
- Regular use of computers, phones, and technical systems
- Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs
