Customer Service Representative

 

A local Dubuque, IA manufacturer is seeking a Customer Success Lead to lead customer and internal team members relationships to deliver value to customers. In this role you will provide high quality customer service through incoming calls and email communications. We’re looking for people-oriented professionals who are excited to grow in a cross-functional role and are comfortable speaking and partnering with a variety of customers. In this role you will ensure customers are informed about the latest company products, collect data and prepare reports regarding customers, assist with EDI implementation, maintenance of CRM system and customer programs. This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning the best fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll and be eligible for a full benefits package.
