Customer Service Representative
Location: Dubuque, IA
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Salary: Starting at $17/hr

We are seeking a customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team. In this role, you will manage incoming calls, provide accurate information, resolve customer issues, and build strong relationships with clients. Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries
• Generate sales leads and assess customer needs
• Provide accurate product/service information
• Resolve customer complaints and follow-up for resolution
• Maintain accurate customer records

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service or client support
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• High school diploma required
• IA Personal Lines License preferred (will train if needed)
