As a CSR, you’ll be the face of Fidelity Bank & Trust—helping customers with their everyday banking needs, sharing financial solutions, and delivering the hometown service we’re known for.

- Deliver Exceptional Service – Welcome and assist customers with transactions, account questions, and day-to-day banking needs.

What We’re Looking For
- Banking or teller experience is helpful (but not required—we’ll train the right person!).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with us.
