Job Overview

At Fidelity Bank & Trust, our tellers do more than handle cash—they build real relationships, know customers by name, and help neighbors live better financial lives—Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Weekends stay yours.)
What you’ll do:
· Greet customers like you mean it—and help them with everyday transactions
· Balance cash drawers accurately
· Spot opportunities to help customers with the right products and services
· Answer questions, solve problems, and occasionally save someone’s day
· Keep things compliant, secure, and friendly—always
What we’re looking for:
· Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented humans
· Customer service experience (banking is great, but not required)
· Comfort with computers, cash, and conversation
· A team player who likes people more than spreadsheets (most days)

What You Will Need:
- Experience as a bank teller or in a financial institution is a plus but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in handling cash and conducting financial transactions.
- Willingness to advance through our customer service training to effectively administer all deposit products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- We are willing to train a candidate with the right personality and willingness to learn.
