Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and computer skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime may be required during peak seasons (summer and winter)
- Answer incoming calls and serve as primary phone contact
- Assist walk-in customers
- Process payments in person and over the phone
- Schedule service calls, maintenance, and estimates
- Generate reports and monthly customer statements
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Experience with Housecall Pro, QuickBooks Desktop, and Microsoft Office/Outlook
