Job Overview

Onsite job. Attend to customers and deal with inquiries on the phone, email, and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers as well as providing general administrative, clerical and customer service support.Assist the Director of Client Success with initiatives and projects aimed at client retention and satisfaction

• Deal directly with customers in a professional, friendly manner either by telephone, electronically, or face to face
• Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Become familiar with the products sold in the store and offer assistance to customers as needed
• Handle financial transactions, such as receiving payment and making any necessary changes
• Process orders, forms, and requests
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Maintain the appearance of the show room by ensuring products are organized and displayed properly
• Monitor and maintain office equipment
