Job Description:

As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their electronic and mobile device needs. You’ll provide friendly service, help customers find the right products, and maintain an organized sales floor.

Job Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in the store
• Answer questions about phones, plans, and electronic products
• Help customers troubleshoot basic device issues
• Process sales and handle cash or card transactions
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized store
• Stay up to date on current promotions and new products

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of electronics and mobile devices
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Store Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-6:30 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM -5:30 PM

Sunday: 11;00 AM -4:00 PM

Occasional weekends as needed a few times a month
