Express Employment in Platteville has partnered with a local business in DICKEYVILLE, WI to search for a candidate to support their restaurant in a Customer Service/Sales role. This is a full-time position.

Resolve daily customer issues and suggest solutions/troubleshoot to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest level of customer service

Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions

Prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs via phone and email

Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, comments as well as actions taken

Refer unresolved customer issues to supervisor for resolution

Assist with processing of orders, placement of orders, order changes, cancellations, etc.

Knowledge of full product line (manufacturing procedures, use, maintenance, etc.)

Maintain clean and orderly work area

Perform other related duties as required

Familiarize with Amazon and eBay

Assist engineering with managing and maintaining product instructions

Develop warrant/return log to track trends of product issues and necessary improvements
