PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Customer Solutions Manager is a solutions-oriented leader with intense Customer focus who will help drive successful execution and support for Flexsteel channel partners. This position leads a team of individuals who directly support Flexsteel Customers and works cross functionally to ensure adequate fulfillment and support processes are in place to meet or exceed Customer expectations.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Lead a team of Strategic Account Specialists who effectively manage the order fulfillment process to meet critical program requirements for our largest channel partners.
- Lead a team of Customer Care Specialists who respond to channel partner & consumer inquiries, administer warranty, & coordinate service requests.
- Partner with key team members in Operations, Logistics, and Sales to drive exceptional performance from Order to Delivery
- Develop, manage, & distribute key performance indicators and trend analysis reflective of the Customer experience.
- Drive continuous improvement to streamline processes & enhance the Customer experience.
- Manage strategic projects & initiatives to support Flexsteel growth strategies.
- Travel Required 5%
