CUSTOMER SERVICE REP 3- PRODUCT/TECHNICAL SUPPORT CLAIMS
SALARY: Up to $52K/YEAR
LOCATION: FULLY REMOTE
DIRECT HIRE: FULL TIME, 1ST SHIFT
As the Customer Services Representative your will communicate with incoming calls and communication (emails) from end-users, vendors and insurance carriers on use of the software application. In this role you will research and resolve reported issues and must be able to manage numerous projects while building and maintain positive customer relationships. We are looking for a candidate with health care industry experience and truly have a focus on customer service. The right fit candidate will have both healthcare industry customer service experience and possess IT experience. This is a direct hire opportunity. Meaning the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company's payroll.
RESPONSBILITIES:
- Providing technical support to customers using a web application
- Identify problems with software applications and present solutions
- Respond to inquiries from vendors, end- users, administrators, and insurance carriers
- Research and resolve issues
- Provide exceptional customer service timely
- Perform product research
- Manage specific projects
- Escalate issues thru proper channels as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient with MS Office
- Exceptional listening skills, organizational skills and proactive customer service mentality
- Basic HTML experience a plus
- Familiarity with ANSI EDI standards for healthcare transactions
- BS degree preferred
