Customization Production Specialist

Job Overview

Customization Specialist is responsible for printing & weeding vinyl, setting up artwork for direct to film,
and other customization applications, paying attention to detail and communicating closely with team to
meet production deadlines.

Reads invoices/work orders to determine type and location of application

Print, weed and apply vinyl
Heat press names, numbers and designs onto various substrates
Manages the quality control of production by ensuring that all apparel is quality checked
and products are verified before packing
Design and create artwork files specific to customer requests and print needs
Manage color of artwork and maintain its imaging standards
Produce high quality prints using printing equipment
Trim, finish and attach various digital prints to vinyl sheets
Cut, shape and finish vinyl sheets to customer specifications
Operate and maintain all vinyl equipment
Pull product, sort, fold and organize orders
Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
