Dairy Technical Specialist (Bovine – Dairy Focus)

Location: Southwest Wisconsin (Counties: Grant, Layfayette, Iowa & Green)

Full Time – Direct Hire

 

 

 

Sedona AG is partnering with a local agriculturally based hiring company seeking to add a Dairy Technical Specialist to add to their comprehensive Bovine nutritional team. The right fit candidate will provide technical recommendations and support directly to existing customers and new producers in Southwest Wisconsin. This is a direct hire opportunity meaning the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll. This role could be an ideal fit for seasoned professional or newer college graduate.

 

 

What you will get to do (in a snapshot):

• Balance rations and provide technical service to customer base (focus dairies in SW Wisconsin)
• Partner with and advise current customer base with a goal towards optimum profitability
• Prospect, pursue, and develop opportunities with new dairy farms
• Partner with other departments

 

 

What we’d like you to bring to the opportunity:

• Bachelor’s degree in dairy science, animal science, or related field
• Customer centric and goal oriented
• A strong enthusiasm, passion and commitment for the agriculture industry
