Maintain and repair specialized computing equipment

Diagnose hardware/software issues

Replace or repair components like boards, power supplies, and cooling systems

Install and configure new hardware

Keep detailed maintenance records

Technical training or experience in electronics, electrical, or mechanical repair

Basic Electrical Skills Required:
-
Understand single-phase and three-phase power.
-
Identify and work safely with common voltage levels (120V, 208V, 240V, 277V, 480V).

Read and interpret electrical panels, PDUs, and RPPs.
-
Perform safe power connections (C13, C19, L6-30, etc.).
-
Apply proper grounding and bonding practices.
Use multimeters and clamp meters for testing and troubleshooting. -
Understand UPS systems, battery banks, and bypass switches.

Know how ATS (Automatic Transfer Switches) and generators operate.
-
Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Comply with electrical safety standards (OSHA, NFPA 70E)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and occasionally respond to after-hours needs

Experience in data center, industrial, or electronics repair a plus
