Position Overview:
The Data Services team is responsible for reviewing and validating, triaging, and resolving incoming requests from the business, external clients, and external vendors. The Data Integration Analyst will be responsible for complex data analysis and intricate documentation of procedural tasks. The position also performs routine duties independently, setting priorities and scheduling own work in accordance with department policies and procedures.

What You Will Do at MedOne:
- Design and develop data integration processes using ETL tools and technologies that meets business requirements.
- Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data integrity.
- Analyze complex healthcare data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed decision-making and process improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate existing integration workflows, procedures, and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization, proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
- Lead and support cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Establish and maintain strong and collaborative internal relationships with account management, member advocate, pricing and clinical team, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments.
- Foster and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with integration partners by ensuring clear communication, timely issue resolution, and alignment on shared goals, resulting in enhanced partner satisfaction and seamless system integration.
- Act as leading point of contact for internal and external clients for advanced analysis and reporting needs.
- Proactively identify and resolve data integration issues and provide timely support to resolve any data-related incidents.
What you will bring to MedOne:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data integration, ETL, or related field, preferably with a focus on healthcare data and HIPAA compliance
- Extensive experience designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries across large datasets and diverse database systems.
- Experience with automation and scheduling tools such as VisualCron, JAMS, UiPath, or similar platforms to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining complex SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages to support robust data integration and ETL processes.
- Proven experience in EDI management, including system configuration and data mapping.
- Solid communication skills at an internal and external level as well as a technical and executive level.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability to troubleshoot issues within multiple processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Location: We have offices in either Dubuque, IA, or Kansas City, MO, or the position can be remote within the United States.
