Job Overview

The Dubuque Community YMCA is hiring seasonal Day Camp Staff for their summer Union Park Day Camp programs. Day Camp staff will report directly to Lead Counselors and are responsible for assisting with the care of campers and helping implement daily programming. Benefits include competitive wages, free meals, weekends off, FREE monthly Y membership, and working with children and making a positive impact on the lives of our campers. Need to be at least 16 years of age, but we prefer 18 years or older.

Following the Y's impact for more than 156 years, the mission of the YMCA of Dubuque Iowa is to develop strong children, families, and communities across the Tri-State Area through academic readiness, character development, fitness, and healthy living.
