Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and results driven individual with previous collection experience to join our team in Dubuque as a Debt Counselor/Collector. Responsibilities include effective delinquency control and follow-up for all loan accounts that are late, delinquent, or charged off. This position ensures that procedures, regulations, and laws are followed with regards to all collection activity. Qualified candidates will have 1-3 years consumer collection background, knowledge of applicable regulations and procedures pertaining to delinquency control, excellent communication/counseling skills, and a strong commitment to our members’ financial success.
