Dietary Aide

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and serving meals for campers and staff, including accommodating special diets.

• Maintain food safety standards and cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.

• Help with inventory, food storage, dishwashing, and meal setup/cleanup.

• Collaborate with kitchen and camp staff to ensure smooth meal operations

• Promote a position, inclusive atmosphere by demonstrating patience, flexibility, and a team-oriented attitude

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Prior food service experience preferred

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required

• Knowledge of food safety; ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods.

• Strong teamwork, flexibility, and communication skills
