You'll be:

  • Working closely with your Digital Experience teammates to ensure that Dupaco's digital properties and tools always meet (and exceed) user expectations.
  • Transforming digital project requirements into wireframes and designs for a range of channels and mediums (web, mobile, interactive, and more).
  • Using research and data to conceive and champion UX improvements.
  • Collaborating across teams to align UX with Dupaco digital strategy and organization-wide goals.
  • Managing digital experience projects and relationships with outside vendors (when necessary).
  • Taking inspiration from Dupaco’s brand voice to write on-screen language and instructions.

You'll need:

  • Experience with UX mapping and design, and wireframe development.
  • Visual and content design thinking skills, and a creative, analytic, and user-centric mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with industry tools (such as Figma, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and Office 360) and a demonstrated ability to learn new technology.
  • Strong project planning and management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A certificate or degree in web or graphic design, marketing, communication, digital media, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a closely related field or equivalent experience.
  • Some samples of your work!

You’ll get extra credit for:

  • Working knowledge of Wordpress (or a similar CMS platform).
  • Experience developing and/or managing websites and apps.
  • Any skills related to CSS, HTML, and Javascript.

 

Base Salary Range: 48,276.80 to 67,558.40
