Digital Experience Specialist

Job Overview

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Digital Experience Specialist manages and optimizes Flexsteel’s digital presence. This role blends marketing strategy, data-driven execution, and hands-on web development to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across digital channels. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a strong understanding of marketing best practices and modern web technologies.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

• Develop content that effectively reaches target audiences and supports marketing and business goals while ensuring timely delivery
• Create content to support digital marketing efforts, including (but not limited to) emails, websites, blogs, social media, and ecommerce platforms
• Scope, document, and manage content requirements to ensure products meet ecommerce and channel partner standards
• Design, update, and lead website experiences and landing pages, including UI/UX updates and new page builds for all Flexsteel’s websites
• Plan and execute digital experience updated aligned with marketing campaigns and new product development
• Manage and maintain product content in Salsify, ensuring required product attributes, certificates, and documentation are complete and compliant for website publishing
• Spearhead continuous consumer-first UX experience improvements on all digital platforms including variant product data, improved filtering, badging etc.
• Support ecommerce workflows including product setup, navigation, and connectivity between Salsify and Shopify
• Develop and distribute quarterly retail-facing digital assets for 1:Many web providers (AVB, Knorr, and FD.net):
• Track and analyze KPI dashboards on digital performance using HubSpot and Google Analytics, providing key metrics and resulting-action recommendations based on performance
• Stay current on content, web, ecommerce, and design trends, consumer preferences, and technology advancements
