Due to continued growth across the region, we have identified the need for a new role – a role that will support our customers Learning Management System (LMS), integrations, and drive the growth of our K12 solutions. If you have the passion and technical expertise to thrive in a customer-focused role, come and join us as our new Digital Integrations Consultant.
How can you make an impact?
You will be the point of contact for our K12 customers across the Middle East and Africa (80%), and Asia (20%), ensuring our customers receive the best service during their digital implementation process. Interacting with high-level stakeholders within schools, our new Digital Integrations Consultant will play their part in increasing our footprint across the regions.
What you will be doing:
- Providing efficient and effective support to targeted new customers, and, supporting our existing client base.
- Positioning and presenting (pre, and post-sales), the benefits of our edtech products – Reveal Math, Reading Wonders, InspireScience, amongst others – to new and existing customers.
- Managing the end-to-end process of digital implementation – introducing the service, to go live, to post go live support, training, and troubleshooting.
- Visiting key accounts frequently and become the recognised as the “value-added” partner to educators, edtech administrators, and other K12 decision-makers.
- Managing and delivering all integration implementation plans, including technical components.
- Partnering with local sales and product teams, in order to drive best-practice initiatives, helping to create lead process standardization pilots.
You should apply if:
- You have a passion and a desire to work with Learning Management Systems (LMS), educational technology, or software that impacts the lives of learners.
- You have experience working with LMS solutions, digital teaching, and/or technology-led teaching models in the K12 sector.
- You can work effectively when delivering projects in complex, multi-vendor environments, managing timelines, and delivering on stakeholder expectations.
- You have experience of analytics and translating data into insights.
- You want to meet with customers face-to-face, and have the flexibility to travel, so you can support the improvement of the learning experience for educators and students alike.
