Express Employment Professionals has an exciting new opening for a company here in Dubuque, IA. This company is looking to add a Digital Print Specialist to their team.

As a digital print specialist, you’ll be using some of the most advanced digital print and finishing technology on the market today.  You’ll play an essential role in the creation of print materials such as books, brochures, business cards, mailers, and more for clients across the country using digital press/finishing equipment. Strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a flair for quality control are key factors for success in this role.

Experience/Skills Requirements:

• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment, have a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
• Computer skills helpful to assist with email, sort mailing lists, create/save files for print, and more.
• Operate digital presses to their highest quality and productivity capabilities.
• Operate binding/finishing/fulfillment equipment in an efficient manner.
• Ability to edit, process, and impose PDF files for efficient output.
• Assist with Inventory management of digital press supplies.
• Perform daily and weekly maintenance routines including color calibrations.
• Must be organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Must be able to meet daily deadlines, as well as long term goals under pressure of quantity while maintaining quality.
• Must be able to work efficiently on your own, as well as in a team atmosphere.
• Must maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
• Knowledge of paper brands, types and weights helpful but not required
• Able to work extended hours as required, including shift flexibility.
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds unassisted on a frequent basis.
