Job Overview

Kendall Hunt Publishing is looking for a Digital Solutions Administrator to interact with our Higher Education division sales & production teams, college bookstores, college instructors/authors and third-party technology partners to ensure that our digital products are delivered on time for students at the start of each semester.

It's your job to consult with our sales team to identify projects that would be part of inclusive access programs on college campuses, gathers enrollment data for each product included in inclusive access programs, qualifies/analyzes each request to ensure they are financially advantageous, ensures that our digital products are uploaded/delivered to these programs, and ensures that our customers and stakeholders (students, authors, instructors, colleges, partners, internal sales reps) have a positive experience working with Kendall Hunt.

Who Do We Need?

Someone who:

  • works with the Vice President closely to establish and maintains relationships with higher ed publishing partners and internal sales & production services teams
  • provides training to staff on inclusive access programs and other digital initiatives within the division
  • gathers appropriate enrollment data to analyze sales and sell-through for each project where an inclusive access request has been made
  • analyzes each project submitted for inclusive access approval to ensure that KH profitability is maximized prior to approval
  • is a top performer that's used to going above and beyond the minimum expectations
  • competitive, highly organized, and self-driven
  • holds a bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or two to four years related experience in data analytics/project management and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
