A Dubuque company is looking for a Direct Sales Representative to join their team. 

What you'll be doing:

• Meet potential customers for the purpose of selling products according to company policies and standards
• Work from lead sheets to call on homes in assigned areas
• Responsible for achieving a sales quota based on the number of sales, net contribution per sale, and monthly recurring review per sale
• Assure customer satisfaction through the entire selling process
• Follow up on all leads, inquiries, complaints, and other messages in a timely manner
• Work flexible hours, which include evenings and some weekends

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be passionate about technology
• 2 years of college; or equivalent combination of sales experience and college education preferred
