Direct Support Professional (DSP) - HCBS - Sleep Night Staff
Start your evening assisting clients with evening routines, then sleep overnight, unless clients need support, in the morning help them with morning routines before leaving for the day.

Hills & Dales is a non-profit organization dedicated to building meaningful lives for individuals with disabilities. We are seeking passionate Direct Support Professionals to support children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities.
Position Type: Full-time positions currently available:
- The schedule provides an average of 203 days off a year with just a 3 day work week.
- Receive Premium Pay (1.5 times base wage) for any Weekend Hours.
Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday 8PM-8AM
Wage: Starts at $15.94/hour (and a premium rate of pay offered for weekend shifts at $23.91/hour)
- Additional pay for 1 or more years work experience in HCBS setting.
- Additional pay for college related education for AA or BS/BA; or CMA/CNA Certifications as well.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be able to meet the following requirements:
- H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to qualify as an approved driver.
- Use of personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursement available)
- Minimum insurance requirements: $25,000 bodily injury liability (found on Declarations page of your policy)
