Job Overview

Personal Assistant Three (Direct Support Professional - DSP) supports young adults with disabilities in developing skills and independence. This position is active and involves trained interventions to support active residents who are still developing appropriate ways of interacting and communicating. Hills & Dales offers competency based training to assist staff in growing in their ability to empower those we support through challenges and toward rewarding and meaningful opportunities.

Full-time and Part-time positions currently available, also rotating weekend only schedules available.

Applicants must be able to meet the following requirements:

H.S. Diploma or Equivalent, preferred but not required.

Valid Driver's license required.

Wage: Starts at $16.75-18.75, plus:

  • Weekend differential rates of $ 3.00 per hour
  • 2nd shift differentials of $ 2.00 additional per hour between 2:00pm - 10:00pm
  • 3rd shift differentials of .50 cents additional per hour between 10:00pm - 6:00am

Additional pay for 1 or more years work experience in residential ICF or related setting.

Additional pay for college related education for AA or BS/BA; or CMA/CNA Certifications as well.
