Thur, Fri, Sat 6AM-7PM (base - $18.50, Saturday pay - $27.75)

Sun, Mon, Wed 6AM-7PM (base - $17.75, Sunday pay - $26.63)

Sun, Mon, Tue 7AM-7PM (base - $17.75, Sunday pay - $26.63)

OVERNIGHT: Sun, Tue, Wed 5PM-6AM (base - $17.75, Sunday pay - $26.63)

OVERNIGHT: Thur, Fri, Sat 5PM-6AM - (base - $18.50, Saturday pay - $27.75)

OVERNIGHT: Sun, Mon, Tue 6PM-6AM (base - $17.75, Sunday pay - $26.63)

HCBS - Dubuque, IA

Support individuals in daily living tasks (personal care, cooking, cleaning, community outings)

Teach life skills that promote independence

Encourage and implement person-centered goals

Help manage behaviors with positive, proactive approaches

Maintain accurate documentation and records

Be a part of a supportive, mission-driven team

🧠 What You Bring:

Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping others

High School Diploma or GED (required for HCBS) 

Valid driver's license (required for HCBS & ICF)

Reliable personal vehicle and valid insurance (required for HCBS)

Ability to handle physical aspects of the role (transfers, lifting, etc.)

Prior DSP or CNA experience is a plus-but not required!
