Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Overnight AWAKE Night Staff
Start your evening assisting clients with evening routines, light housekeeping and bed checks throughout the night, in additional to assisting with their morning routines before leaving for the day.

We are seeking passionate Direct Support Professionals to support children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. This thrilling role offers a unique 3 day work week that allows you to balance your life while making an impact.
Position Type: Full-time positions currently available:
- The schedule provides an average of 203 days off a year with just a 3 day work week.)
- Receive Premium Pay (1.5 times base wage) for any Weekend Hours.
Wage: Average of $20.71 per hour based on blended wage during weekdays (lower) and weekend premium pay (higher) hours
- Additional pay for 1 or more years work experience in ICF Setting.
- Additional pay for college related education for AA or BS/BA; or CMA/CNA Certifications as well.
CURRENT overnight schedule options include:
- Base wage of $17.75:
- Sun, Tues, Wed
- Base wage of $18.25:
- Thurs, Fri, Sat
Requirements:
- Applicants must be able to meet the following requirements:
- H.S diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to qualify as an approved driver and drive agency vehicles
